<p>Instead, the observation came from someone with firsthand knowledge of electronics retailing: The relatively-new owner of CompUSA&#8217;s stores and Web site and of the TigerDirect.com and newly-relaunched CircuitCity.com Web sites, too.<span id="more-162"></span></p>
